LE BONHEUR REPTILE RESERVE
A unique experience for the brave… The Le Bonheur Reptile Reserve in Paarl is a fun and educational activity for the whole family. Go Crocodile Cage Diving, pop in at the educational Snake Shows (not my personal favourite!), enjoy a tasty meal at the Croc Cafe or relax in their comfortable accommodation which has amazing views from the pretty verandahs.
As it was quite a cool day, the crocs were rather lethargic, being exothermic (cold-blooded) creatures and huddled together for warmth. Nevertheless, those who braved the cages were in for an exhilarating encounter!
